Journalist Sheelah Kolhatkar tells the story of Steve Cohen, whose hedge fund SAC Capital made him one of the richest and most influential figures in finance, and of the government's long investigation into insider trading at his firm. Her 2017 book follows the FBI agents and prosecutors who built cases against SAC traders. Kolhatkar uses the case to examine how a new class of billionaire financiers came to write their own rules. The title is trader slang for inside information that is illegal to trade on.

- Andrew Ross Sorkin: “Short version: Great, fun book that reads like a thriller about Steve Cohen but no major revelations if you've kept up w/press.”
- Shane Parrish: “If you’ve ever wondered who and what you could be up against as an individual investor, this book is a good primer. On the outside, it’s a book about the pursuit of Steven Cohen for insider trading. On the inside, however, we explore the intersection of leverage, money, and power.”
