Blame! is a Japanese science fiction manga by Tsutomu Nihei, serialized in Kodansha's Monthly Afternoon from 1997 to 2003. It is set inside the City, a vast, endlessly growing megastructure built by machines that have run out of control. A silent wanderer named Killy travels through its levels with a powerful gun, searching for a human who carries the Net Terminal Genes, which could restore order. The series is known for its sparse dialogue and huge architectural landscapes, and was adapted as an anime film in 2017.
