Cyber War: The Next Threat to National Security and What to Do About It is a 2010 book by Richard A. Clarke, a former White House counterterrorism and cybersecurity adviser, and Robert K. Knake, a fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations. The authors explain how nations can use computer networks to attack enemies, disrupting power grids, banking systems and military communications. They argue that the United States is especially vulnerable to such attacks and propose new policies, defenses and arms control agreements for cyberspace.
