Eleven Rings
By Phil Jackson, Hugh Delehanty
Categories: Sports & Outdoors
In this 2013 memoir, Phil Jackson, who coached the Chicago Bulls and Los Angeles Lakers to eleven NBA championships, tells the story of his career and the leadership approach behind it. Written with Hugh Delehanty, the book shows how Jackson drew on Zen Buddhism, Native American traditions and the triangle offense to turn stars such as Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O'Neal into selfless teams. He also describes his years as a player with the New York Knicks and the lessons he carried into coaching.
