Getting Things Done
By David Allen
Categories: Business & Money
David Allen's productivity guide, first published in 2001 and later revised, sets out a system for managing work and personal tasks known as Getting Things Done, or GTD. Allen argues that the more things we keep on our minds, the fewer get done. He shows readers how to capture every task, idea and commitment in an external system, decide the next physical action for each, and review them regularly, so that attention can go to the work itself rather than to remembering it.
