Categories: Biographies & Memoirs
Good Enough to Dream is a 1985 book by Roger Kahn, author of the baseball classic The Boys of Summer. It recounts a season Kahn spent as part owner and president of a minor league team. Kahn bought into the Utica Blue Sox, a Class A team in the New York-Penn League, and spent the 1983 season with its players, coaches, and fans. He describes young prospects chasing the major leagues, an aging pitcher's comeback, and the business of running a struggling small-town baseball club.
