Indians on Vacation is a 2020 comic novel by the Canadian writer Thomas King, published by HarperCollins and winner of the Stephen Leacock Medal for Humour. It follows Bird, a grumpy, anxious former journalist, and his wife Mimi on a trip to Europe to find the beaded medicine bag that Mimi's uncle Leroy took overseas decades earlier. As the couple travel through Prague and other cities, Bird's dry, worried running commentary on tourism, history, illness and marriage gives way to a funny and tender story about a long relationship.

- Margaret Atwood: “Chosen as reading for The Globe and Mail Book Club she hosted with Thomas King (Sept. 2020). Her words on King: “He’s a very good writer. He’s very clear. He’s very succinct. And in the fiction, he’s very funny in a dour kind of way.””
