The Cave Girl
Categories: Science Fiction & Fantasy
Waldo Emerson Smith-Jones, a sickly, bookish young man from Boston, is washed overboard and cast ashore on an island of primitive tribes in The Cave Girl (1925). There he meets Nadara, a young woman of a cave tribe, who protects him. Struggling to survive among beasts and hostile warriors, he slowly grows strong and brave, and learns that his book learning counts for little in the wild.
