Thinking and Destiny

Categories: Religion & Spirituality, Self-Help

Thinking and Destiny (1946) is the major work of American writer Harold W. Percival, the product of decades of dictation and revision. Percival presents it as an account of consciousness and of how the human being relates to the universe. He sets out a detailed system in which thinking creates destiny: every thought is a cause whose effects return to the thinker over time. The long book covers the nature of the self, karma, rebirth, the body and the purpose of human existence.
