Too Big to Fail
Categories: Business & Money
Andrew Ross Sorkin's 2009 book chronicles the 2008 financial crisis and the collapse of Lehman Brothers from inside Wall Street firms and government offices. Drawing on interviews with many of the people involved, Sorkin follows bank chiefs and regulators such as Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson through frantic weeks of failed deals, emergency rescues and bailout talks. This edition adds an afterword marking the tenth anniversary of the crisis. The book was the basis for an HBO film.
