Using Your Brain for a Change
Categories: Health, Fitness & Dieting, Self-Help
Using Your Brain for a Change (1985) is drawn from seminars by Richard Bandler, co-founder of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and edited by Connirae and Steve Andreas. Bandler explains how changing the way people picture and hear their own memories, for instance their size, brightness or distance, can change how they feel about them. He presents techniques for phobias, bad habits and limiting beliefs, including the method NLP practitioners call the swish pattern.
