Frank Bettger

Frank Bettger (1888-1981) played briefly for the St. Louis Cardinals before injury ended his career. He became a top insurance salesman at Fidelity Mutual and, urged by Dale Carnegie, wrote How I Raised Myself from Failure to Success in Selling.
