Noel Malcolm

Sir Noel Robert Malcolm, FRSL, FBA is an English political journalist, historian and academic. A King's Scholar at Eton College, Malcolm read history at Peterhouse, Cambridge, and received his doctorate in history from Trinity College, Cambridge.
