Olivier Ameisen

Olivier Ameisen (1953–2013) was a French-American cardiologist and associate professor of medicine at Weill Cornell in New York. His memoir Le Dernier Verre, published in English as The End of My Addiction, described treating his own alcoholism with baclofen.
