Orlanda Ruthven

Orlanda Ruthven is a development researcher. A co-author of Portfolios of the Poor, she ran its India financial diaries in Delhi and rural Uttar Pradesh. Her Oxford doctorate (2008) studied workplace ethics in north India's metalware export trade.
